In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing the cz777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which form part of the agreement between you and cz777.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cz777. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to Account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game participation, bonus claims, and dispute resolution.

Accounts with zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

cz777 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing the first withdrawal from any Account. KYC verification may also be requested at Account registration, when a Player's cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at any point where cz777 has reasonable grounds to verify identity.

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit the following documents through the cz777 Account dashboard:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible colour photograph or scan of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or a valid Pakistani Passport (biographical data page).
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, a screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits to confirm ownership.

6.1 Deposits. Players may deposit into their cz777 PKR Wallet using the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet within the processing timeframe applicable to each payment method, typically 2–5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously verified during KYC. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. 6.4 Currency. All transactions on cz777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No foreign exchange conversion is applied to PKR transactions. Where USDT crypto transactions are used, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.

6.5 Transaction Limits. cz777 reserves the right to set maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction or per period. Current limits are displayed within the cz777 Account wallet section and may be adjusted from time to time. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account dashboard.

6.6 Refused Transactions. cz777 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, and other promotional offers made available on the cz777 Platform are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, Players agree to be bound by all applicable bonus terms.

7.2 Welcome Match Bonus. The 100% Welcome Match Bonus is available to new cz777 Players on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. 7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Terms. cz777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has met the wagering requirement, any wagering progress already completed will be respected up to the point of withdrawal, and remaining bonus funds will be removed from the Account.

8.6 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, cz777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's PKR Wallet. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the applicable standard for all game types.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cz777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a nominee;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains must be reported immediately and will be reversed;
• Colluding with other Players in card games, live dealer games, or sports betting markets;

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cz777 staff or other Players through any communication channel;

All content on the cz777 Platform — including but not limited to the cz777 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, marketing materials, and software — is the intellectual property of cz777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any cz777 content without express written consent from cz777.

Any unauthorised reproduction or use of cz777 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

12.3 cz777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by the Player to their cz777 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cz777's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

cz777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. The following tools are available to all cz777 Account holders at no cost, directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately on reduction and require a 7-day cooling-off period before increase.

14.2 By the Player. A Player may request closure of their cz777 Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) working days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the PKR Wallet at the time of closure will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending withdrawal holds.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, the Player's licence to use the cz777 Platform is immediately revoked. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited unless closure is at cz777's instigation for reasons other than a breach by the Player.

15.1 Dispute Process. 15.2 Escalation. 15.3 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under cz777's international gaming licence jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies designated under that licence.

15.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail.
